Birthday cards are the most common cards I create and this simple but bold Happy Birthday die really helps to put cards together quickly. You can use backgrounds you already in your stash, or create new ones like I did here, and just adhere the word die as your focal point.
You could use a simple background and then add a critter on top of the word die. So many options!
