Halloween is almost here and these adorable bats are ready to party!  This card has it all, a little die cutting, coloring and dry embossing!

I dry embossed the spider web stencil on Hammermill cardstock with my Gemini Jr and adhered to the card base.  I then die cut the EEK, house, and orange label and glued to the card front.  And finally I stamped, embossed, cut out, and colored  the bats & spider and added them to the card along with the sentiment

Howl at the Moon

I could not resist this Wolf Before & After mini stamp set from Lawn Fawn.  This image is of a wolf, however,  it reminds me of my Aussie dog when she woos or howls, just before she barks - it's so adorable!

 I die cut a circle from Masking Magic that was about the same size as my moon stamp, and adhered the mask to where I wanted the moon to be in the sky.  I then ink-blended the sky around the masked moon with Distress Oxide Inks.  I kept the mask in place while I stenciled the foreground using the Heffy Doodle Arizona Stencil.  I used the masked piece of the Arizona stencil over the purple hills and splattered with metallic watercolors to create a starry sky

I then removed the stencil and moon mask and  stamped the face of the moon where I had it masked.  I applied  little yello ink over the moon to soften it so it wasn't so stark white.

I stamped, embossed, cut out and colored the wolf  and added to the front of the card with foam tape.  Then stamped and embossed the "aroooo" sentiment in white pigment ink next to the image, 

I die cut some bats and adheed near the moon then stamped a greeting.  Then adhered the entire panel to an A2 card base.

Falling Leaves

I dry embossed the panel using the stencil and my Gemini Jr.  

Then I placed the stencil back onto the card panel, fitting it over the embossed design and sprayed with metallic watercolors.  I masked out one gingerbread to ink blend so it would stand out on the card.  I added a small sentiment to the card front with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and adhered to a card base to finish teh card.

Radiant Star

Today I am sharing a quick way to get 4 panels with one spraying of Distress Mica Sprays using the Radiant Star Stencil by A Colorful Life Designs!

I dry embossed one panel using the Radiant Star stencil and my Gemini Jr on Hammermill cardstock.

I then placed the stencil back over the embossed design and sprays with Distes Mica Stain Sprays, then set aside.

Then I sprayed some water on the Distress Mica Stain side of the stencil and laid the sprayed side down on a piece of Strathmore Bristol cardstock to create the very bottom panel in the photo above.  I repeated this again and got the panel shown under the top, embossed panel.  

For the final panel that has no stenciled design, I sprayed more water on the Distress Mica Stain side of the stencil again but then smooshed the stencil onto my work surface  Then took another  Strathmore Bristol cardstock panel and smooshed it into the Distress spray ink on my work surface.

For the embossed & sprayed panel, I adhere to a card front and added a sentiment from the A Colorful Life Designs, Spread Love Stamp Set in Versafine Claire Nocturne ink to finish the card.

Frosty Windows

Santa is waving hello outside a set of these "frosty windows" on the way to his next stop!

Windows came to mind when I saw the Square Shadows stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and then I made them frosty using Sizzix Prism paste for a wintry feel.
