I stenciled the stars with Ranger Metallic White texture paste onto dark blue cardstock with the Star Swoop stencil by A Colorful  Life Designs.  I stamped the sentiment in watermark ink and embossed with white detail  embossing powder on red cardstock.  I stamped the images with Nocturne ink and embossed with clear embossing powder, then colored with copics, and adhered with foam tape.  I used the coordinating die to cut out the sentiment and Brother ScanNCut to cut out the girl and santa hat.  I added the same metallic white paste to white cardstock, let dry and die cut a hillside from it, and attached that to the bosom of the card.  I added some Trinity Stamps Oh My Star embellishments for added sparkle.
