I stenciled iZink Glitter Paint over the Halftone Circle stencil onto Sea Glass cardstock by Concord & 9th. I cut the panel down, just smaller than an A2 size, using Waffle Flower Nested Rectangle Dies. I then stamped the sentiment with watermark ink and embossed with rose gold embossing powder. I then layered the panel to an A2 size piece of mirror gold cardstock. I adhered the entire piece onto a card base to finish the card.
