Howl at the Moon

I could not resist this Wolf Before & After mini stamp set from Lawn Fawn.  This image is of a wolf, however,  it reminds me of my Aussie dog when she woos or howls, just before she barks - it's so adorable!

 I die cut a circle from Masking Magic that was about the same size as my moon stamp, and adhered the mask to where I wanted the moon to be in the sky.  I then ink-blended the sky around the masked moon with Distress Oxide Inks.  I kept the mask in place while I stenciled the foreground using the Heffy Doodle Arizona Stencil.  I used the masked piece of the Arizona stencil over the purple hills and splattered with metallic watercolors to create a starry sky

I then removed the stencil and moon mask and  stamped the face of the moon where I had it masked.  I applied  little yello ink over the moon to soften it so it wasn't so stark white.

I stamped, embossed, cut out and colored the wolf  and added to the front of the card with foam tape.  Then stamped and embossed the "aroooo" sentiment in white pigment ink next to the image, 

I die cut some bats and adheed near the moon then stamped a greeting.  Then adhered the entire panel to an A2 card base.
