Today I'm sharing a birthday card for a dear friend where I used a word die with an embossing folder. Her favorite color is black so this glossy cardstock was a perfect fit!

I stamped the card base with the Baccarat background stamp with Soft Stone ink. I then die cut the Hooray word die from black glossy cardstock I had in my stash. I ran the word die through my Gemini Jr with the Angled Mosaics embossing folder. I cut the Hooray two more times from Neenah cardstock and stacked those die cuts behind the black embossed word die to give it lots of dimension.
To finish the card I adhered the thick embossed die cut to the center of the card! See video snippet below to see how this card shines!
