I dry embossed the Halftone Circle stencil over white Hammermill cardstock and, with the stencil still in place, inked over the embossed design with complimentary colors of colors. Then I adhered the panel to a  card base.

I stamped the images with alcohol friendly ink and colored with alcohol markers, then cut out with my Brother ScanNCut.  I stamped the sentiment with watermark ink and embossed with white embossing powder.  I adhered sentiment strip to the panel and the then added the images above it, with foam tape.  To finish the card, I added a few sequins for sparkle.
